Koura Apartments Central Queenstown is an excellent choice for business travel, as recommended by my director. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of the alpine scenery and a great vantage point to observe the Shotover Jet jetboats on the river below. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Onsen Hot Pools, which provided a serene and relaxing experience amidst the breathtaking surroundings. It truly added a touch of luxury to my trip. the amenities in the apartment were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The staff were all extremely helpful and responsive, amazing service. I had amazing apartment with a bathroom, lounge in the middle, comfortable beds.

The room I booked was super cozy with a comfy bed, central heating, a bunch of TV channels, and even a handy microwave 🛋️. the bathroom was nice and spacious. Plus, the location was great - not too far from the Ivan Clarke Gallery.

Location: the hotel was near town centre and point of pickup for ski bus transfers and the local supermarket and Queenstown. It was short walk from Pedro's House of Lamb, where you can have dinner. My room was large and fairly quiet, there were a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. It had a tub in the large bathroom.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was so close to the beautiful tree'd mountains and the serene lake, which made for some amazing views. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a local supermarket, which made it easy to pick up any necessities. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. They were always willing to assist and ensure that everything was in order. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. This was a great feature for privacy and convenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and value for money.

This hotel is a real find - it offers great value for money with spacious 3-bedroom apartments at affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and double beds. The location is perfect, with a beautiful tree'd mountain just a short walk away, and the city centre is very close by. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are in place and that guests have a comfortable stay.

Great location and fully equipped amenities. Supermarkets around the corner, great choice for a family trip. Really appreciated having the washer and dryer, and three rooms with their own bathrooms were definitely helpful. the TV had Netflix and the kitchen was fully equipped, which was a nice touch.

The washer had some issues, and we had trouble opening it after only two cycles. We alerted the staff and they said they could only come the next morning.

The apartment was spacious, modern and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the action but situated in a quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful creek. We also had a great view from the balcony, making it a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring.

The stairs leading up to the bedrooms were a bit of a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues who may have been expecting a wheelchair accessible space. there were no railings on the walkway leading to the front door, which was a safety concern.
